Secure Document Storage
Once you have finally got around to making your Will and done all other necessary Inheritance Planning, there is just one final important consideration – where to keep all the documents safely, securely and above all, where your Executors, Trustees and Attorneys know they are!
You could store your documents at home but are you very organised at that sort of thing and good at filing? Are you confident what would happen to them if your house was burgled or involved in a fire?
You could give them to your Executors, Trustees or Attorneys, but again, all the questions posed above would apply to their houses.
If you do decide to store your own documents, please take a look at some very important Do’s and Don’ts of storage which, if ignored, could render your documents void.
You could choose to store with us. Each family can store ANY documents they wish, not just their Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and so on, in our fire-retardant cabinets with no charge for insertions or retrievals
All documents are notified as being held by us, in the form of a certificate of safe keeping, which is then given to the Executors, Trustees and Attorneys so they all know where they are and how to retrieve them when needed.
If you or anyone you know is looking for secure document storage, then give us a call for a confidential, no pressure consultation. We are able to visit you in your own home at a time that is most convenient for you.
The Company currently services clients throughout the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, London and the Home Counties.
