I die having given instructions to produce my Will?

Although you have shown intent to write a Will by giving instruction for its preparation, you have not approved the final copy by signing and dating it and having it witnessed by two independent persons as laid down by law. It is therefore extremely unlikely, that in the event of your death during the period after giving instruction and before signing, that the law would see the instruction as a legal Will and you would die intestate, or if there were a previous Will, it would be declared valid.
